Records carry the asset
An aircraft, an engine, or a part can travel only as far as its records can prove. The crate can cross a border while the file cannot, and then the asset waits. A digital passport is that proof moving with the asset: identity, custody, and the compliance a stranger at the next desk has to accept. Agentic Records Manager is the desk that reads the records and assembles the package. The Aviation Blockchain Network is where that proof can be recognized by the next party, instead of being rebuilt from a pile of pages.
