For records, quality, and asset desks

Get the hours back.
Leave the pack to ARM.

ARM reads the scans, tags, and bilingual releases, checks them field by field, and assembles the package your quote, inspection, or teardown is waiting on. ARM clears the Open Item List autonomously for your review and approval.

The day

The buyer, the folder, and the bay.

Rotable parts on warehouse racks.

The buyer is waiting on the pack.

USM desks still rebuild 8130-3, removal tag, NIS, commercial trace, and back-to-birth from a shared drive. ARM returns one indexed file. A named reviewer is on every section.

A stack of aviation records waiting to be sorted.

The pre-purchase file is still a folder.

Lessors and asset managers lose the day hunting the records a pre-purchase inspection expects. ARM builds the inspection report from the records already on the asset.

An engine in a shop bay.

The harvest list and the bay do not match.

Teardown leads carry an expected harvest list and a live manifest. ARM holds both, then hands the records to the owner as a document package.

ARM Agents

Retrieve. Repackage. Issue.

An ARM Agent pulls the records from the secure repository on the Block Aero Aviation Blockchain Network, turns a randomly organized set of PDFs into the pack the deal expects, and issues that pack to an internal desk or an external party for verification and trading. The work runs asynchronously, after the person has left the file dump. Automation stays high. Accuracy is held by the field check. How much a person must still touch is the organization’s own policy.

Retrieve

Records come off the secure blockchain repository onto the asset, not out of a shared drive the desk has to search.

Repackage

Randomly organized PDFs — mixed scans, tags, bilingual releases — become one indexed file.

Issue

The pack goes to an internal reviewer or an external party for verification and trading. A buyer, a lessor, a shop, or the asset owner.

A named person approves, or the document clears the confidence threshold that organization set. The agent does not sign, release, or issue airworthiness. It issues the document package.

Block Aero deploys the ARM Agent onto the account. The customer does not pick a model. Tessaron 1 routes the daily pack. Tessaron 1 BTB is the edition when the asset has to be traced back to birth.

The package

One file. The quality desk stops chasing you.

8130-3, EASA Form 1, removal tag, non-incident statement, and commercial trace, in the order the buyer expects. Assembled on Tessaron 1, or on Tessaron 1 BTB when life-limited parts need back-to-birth.

Sample USM Trace Document Package: cover page with part number, serial number, and contents index, fanned over a section divider and an FAA 8130-3 release page. Auto-assembled · Review-gated

Sample USM Trace Document Package — 23 pages · 5 sections · built from synthetic demo records through the real pack builder.

Built from your records — your logo on the cover. Nothing enters a package until a person approves it, or it clears the confidence threshold you set. Proof of ownership recorded on the Block Aero Aviation Blockchain Network.

What you stop doing by hand

Read. Check. Assemble. You approve.

  1. 01

    Read

Bad scans, handwriting, and bilingual releases are read for you.

  2. 02

    Check

Exceptions come to you, against the standard that governs the part.

  3. 03

    Assemble

The pack is ready when you are.

On the network

A digital passport for every aero asset.

Records flow into verified Aircraft, Engine, and Component identities — secured on the Block Aero Aviation Blockchain Network. Once the pack is approved, the records stay on the asset, so the next deal does not rebuild them.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Agentic Records Manager?

Software that reads aviation records, checks them against the forms and standards that apply, and builds finished document packages — USM trace packs, pre-purchase inspection reports, and more.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Early Access includes a free tier with no credit card and no demo required. Enter your work email — we send your next step.

Why do you need my work email?

We match your company domain and email your access path (sign in, ask your admin, or set up the org). Whether a company uses ARM stays in that inbox — not on this page.

Who is it for?

USM desks waiting on a trace pack, lessors and asset managers building a pre-purchase file, and teardown leads reconciling the harvest list with the bay.

Do you support tear-down / disassembly?

Yes. Build the expected Harvest List from owner records, run the live Manifest from the shop floor, then hand records to the asset owner on the Aviation Blockchain Network via Document Package. After you sign in, turn Harvest on under Settings → Modules.

What is an ARM Agent?

A worker Block Aero deploys on your account. It retrieves records from the blockchain repository, repackages randomly organized PDFs, and issues the pack to an internal or external party for verification and trading. You set how much a person must approve. The agent does not issue airworthiness.

What is Tessaron?

The meta-model ARM uses to coordinate read, check, and assemble. Tessaron 1 is the default edition. Tessaron 1 BTB is for back-to-birth on life-limited and other high-value assets.
